Keto cinnamon bagel bites make for an awesome breakfast, or even a sweet dessert after a meal. Take these on the go, or enjoy them at home. It is impossible to go wrong with these keto bagel bites.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 3 tbsp Coconut flour
- 3 tbsp Lakanto Powdered Sweetener, or choice of sweetener
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 1⁄2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz Cream cheese
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Egg, beaten
COATING
- 1 tbsp Melted Butter
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Lakanto Monkfruit Classic, or choice of sweetener

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Place the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, and continue to heat at 30 second intervals until the cheese is completely melted and well blended.
- In a seperate mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder and sweetener.
- Add in the melted cheese, and knead it into the dry ingredients with your hands.
- Once combined, add in the egg and vanilla extract. Beat the mixture on high until thoroughly mixed.
- Place the dough into the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Remove the dough from the fridge and form it into 16 even sized balls.
- In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and granulated sweetener until well combined.
- Brush the butter onto each of the bagel bite dough balls.
- Roll the butter coated bites into the cinnamon/sweetener mixture, and place the onto a well greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
