Ritz Cracker Chicken Casserole Recipe is a super easy dinner and can be made mostly in advance to make mealtime a snap. The combination of chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and buttery Ritz Crackers is sure to please.
This is one of those recipes that will work for shredded pork, as well.
The chicken with Ritz Crackers crumbs on top makes a tender juicy dinner with a crunchy topping, and the flavors in the dish are out of this world.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 - 10.75 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. dried minced onion
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 8 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 sleeve Ritz Crackers

Instructions
- Cook the chicken breasts and shred them (I always make my chicken ahead of time so it's easy to throw together at dinner time).
- Keep the oven preheated to 350-degrees.
- Add the shredded chicken breasts to a large bowl.
- Next, add the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, minced onion, garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place the chicken mixture in a greased casserole dish.
- Crush the Ritz Crackers in a large Ziplock bag and pour over the chicken.
- Melt the butter and pour over the crackers.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and the chicken is hot.
