Don’t you love easy recipes that take only 3 ingredients? Instead of adding a little milk to your coffee, how about adding some coffee to your milk? This whipped coffee makes the perfect topping to your favorite milk.

This is a fun drink for adults and teenagers. It’s also a fun activity to do together too. My daughter enjoyed making this with me. Who wouldn’t love coffee that’s whipped into a cool topping? Making this is super simple too.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee I use Folgers
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot water Boiling is best

Instructions
  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add the instant coffee, sugar and hot water. With an electric mixer, mix for 4-5 minutes until it becomes light and airy forming stiff peaks. You can also vigorously whisk by hand.
  2. Top your favorite cold milk and enjoy!
